Wonder Maker Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. The Basics

We want you to love what you ordered. If the fit isn’t right or the style isn’t what you expected, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).

• Tags Attached: All original brand tags and "do not remove" security tags must be intact.

• Hygiene Standards: For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, and earrings are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner in place.

• Proof of Purchase: Please provide your original invoice details with your request.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

• Refunds: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee (based on the selling price) will be deducted from your refund to cover processing.

• Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, we will waive the restocking fee. Additionally, Wonder Maker will cover the shipping cost to send the new item back to you.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

As a manufacturer, we take pride in our quality. If you receive a garment with a construction defect (e.g., faulty zipper, loose seams), please contact us at info@wondermaker.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the defect so we can resolve the issue immediately.
